Zach Moore, 21, Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, Oregon Coast Culinary Institute. He is an ex-tern with Chef Chris Foltz to learn Ice and the skills needed to become a great Chef.  Since February 2011 Zach has been training and preparing for the biggest moment of his life yet: Ice Alaska 2012.
