"This is my second time in Ice Alaska. (2006) I have been sculpting ice for 15 years. I am working as a chef of the Grand Pacific Le Daiba Hotel in Tokyo, Japan. I am also sculpting ice at the Snow Festival of Sapporo, Hokkaido every year."
