Stan Kolonko, a Culinary Institute of America graduate has been sculpting ice since 1989. He is the owner operator of The Ice Farm in Central NY. Stan started competitive sculpting in 1998 and has been hooked ever since. With multiple N.I.C.A. medals and a first, third and fourth place finished at the World Ice Art Championships and a first in Harbin China.

Stan has competed here in Fairbanks, World Ice Art Championships, annually since 2003
