Michael has invested more than 25 year into mastering the art of ice sculpting. Self-taught, he has worked his way up to recently winning the title of National Professional Ice Carving Champion. 

He is frequently does demonstrations for corporations and also special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, graduation parties, etc. A talented culinary artist, and provider of exquisite ice sculptures across Kentucky,
