Stuart is a professional Chef of over 30 years. He started carving ice at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel in Atlanta Ga, as Chef Garde Mange for over 10 years. He moved to Kansas City in 1996 to open up Sam’s Town Casino and then Ameristar Casino as the Asst. Executive Chef.
Stuart is currently a Chef at Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community in Charleston SC. He specializes in high end fine dining, Banquets, Catering and Grand Buffet design, daily menu creation and weekly ice sculptures as well as Holiday and Special event ice creations.
Stuart is the owner/operator of Palmetto Ice and Wood Sculptures, in Charleston.
