David is an Executive Chef at a private event facility and also makes ice sculptures for the Portland Vancouver Area.  He started carving at the Culinary Institute of America Ice Carving Club.  Since then, he has decorated major venues in town and been in five inernational competitions.  

Hobbies include motorcycle and waverunner riding, 

The 2015 BP World Ice Art Championships is Davids first trip to Alaska.
