Indiana
Greg has been in the foodservice and hospitality industry for over 35 years as a chef and educator. He is currently the Associate Dean at Washburne Culinary and Hospitality Institute in Chicago. He has been carving ice part time over 20 years, and has organized numerous ice festivals in northern Indiana. Greg competed at Ice Alaska as a part of a multi block team in 2012 (winning the Governor’s Award). He competed again in 2017, this will be Greg's third trip to Fairbanks and the World Ice Art Championships.
