Mintauts Buskevics has over 20 years experience organizing international ice and sand sculpture festivals in Jelgava, Latvia.  The International Ice Sculpture Festival in Jelgava is in its 22nd year and has become one of hte largest winter events in the Baltics.  

Mintauts experience working with ice and snow have been honored a the World Ice Art Championships in Harbin China, where he has twice earned first place (2011 & 2015); the Sapporo Snow Festival in Japan (first place 2016)  

This is Mintauts first event with Ice Alaska in Fairbanks.  Welcome Mintauts Buskevics!
