David Faber is owner of Arctic Creations in Paso Robles, CA. A California native, he learned Ice carving while in the U.S. Navy but most of his training came by way of California Bakers Union, for 3 years. Although he left it for many years to pursue another career his passion for sculpting has never left. He has been sculpting ice for almost a year since his return.
